Receptionist

  City      Up to £25000 per annum + amazing benefits

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Receptionist to support legal secretaries in an international legal firm based in the City of London.

We are looking for a polished, personable and dynamic Receptionist as soon as possible, as this is a role that won't be around for long.

Receptionist Duties



* Switchboard - answering calls, taking messages, etc.
* Meeting and greeting clients and staff visitors from other offices
* Kitchen maintenance / tidiness
* Meeting room maintenance / tidiness
* Booking couriers and taxis
* Ordering of catering for in-house seminars
* Arranging VC Meetings and printing up all relevant documents for VC seminars
* London calendar administration
* Management of hot desk reservations for colleagues from other jurisdictions
* Permanent member of the Social Committee which includes arranging month-end drinks and purchasing all food and drinks, plus the organisation of two annual events.

Administration Duties (for legal secretaries)

Basic mark-ups and basic secretarial duties, i.e. printing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
