HR Administrator

  City      £22000 - £26000 per annum

As the HR Administrator working for a nationwide production company, you will be exposed to a business that prides itself on the quality of their work, you will have the opportunity to support the HR team of a company that puts trust and transparency at the heart of everything it does.

In the HR Administration role you will be required to offer all round support in a wide variety of functions, some of these functions include but are not limited to:

* Starters and leavers documentation
* Administration around probation reviews
* Background checks and reference queries
* Pension and benefits administration
* Support on various projects
* Coordinate interviews and run assessment days
* On boarding and induction
* Manage the HR inbox

The following skills are necessary as a HR Generalist:

* 6 months+ HR Experience
* Excellent organisational skills & attention to details
* Able to show discretion when handling sensitive & confidential information
* Flexible, adaptable work approach
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent computer literacy - Microsoft programmes with focus on Excel and PowerPoint
* Self starter, able to use initiative
* Experience of financial markets is a plus but not a necessity
