Tay Associates was established nearly 20 years ago with the mission of being the best recruiter of PA and business support staff in London. We’ve achieved this by being consistent in our values, attitude and work ethic, but evolving with the market and our clients to stay on top of our game.

Helping companies hire personal assistants, executive assistants, secretarial, reception, admin and support staff across all industries and at every level, we’re dedicated to offering the best and fullest representation of both our candidates and clients to make sure the candidates with the desired skills, personalities and values are matched with the right roles, in the right companies.

High achieving service levels are fostered at the top of our agency. Susanna Tait, Tay’s Chief Executive, brings a passion in relationship management, people engagement and the training and development of Tay’s talented consultants, thanks to a wealth of knowledge gained from over 20 years recruiting support staff for London’s most sought-after employers. Caroline Tay, company founder, champions cohesive partnerships and thoughtful attention to detail. 

As a result, our entire management team are operational recruiters, promoted from within and the full team are individual members of the REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation).

We have won six consecutive awards for best PA/Secretarial recruiter in London - voted for by clients and candidates - and we are the only independent secretarial agency in London accredited with the REC Gold Standard in Risk & Compliance.
