Temp Executive Assistant

  London      £25.00 - £30.000 per hour

A recognisable fashion brand in Central London is looking for a bright, switched on and down to earth EA ideally from a corporate background, who has supported a HNWI previously.

This role will be a mix of business and private support; as well as extensive diary and travel management you will supporting with family support, arranging Christmas cards and gifts for clients, running errands, assisting with project work, coordinating events, scheduling global meeting and ensuring her office runs to its smoothest.

This is all about personality, they are looking for someone modest, professional, instantly likeable and optimistic. Someone that is non-precious and happy to roll up their sleeves would suit this role well. 

The successful EA will happy to take on various tasks, big or small, and be a real right-hand gatekeeper for this high-profile person. Supporting this very busy entrepreneur will require this EA to be discrete and innovative on a daily basis.

Candidate specification desired;

  • Recent demonstrable experience within professional services (ideally finance)
  • Recent demonstrable experience supporting a HNWI.
  • Experience providing both business and personal support.
  • Comfortable liaising with external clients and businesses.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Good sense of humour.
  • Proactive and ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Willingness to help in all tasks.
  • Excellent communicational skills
  • High level of organisational and interpersonal skills
