London £38000 - £45000 per month
A Financial services firm are seeking an ambitious and organised Team Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Team Assistant will provide administrative support to a team of VP’s, Associates and Analysts. This an exciting role where you will be managing diaries, arranging domestic and international travel, processing expenses and accounts reconciliation, handling a high volume of phone calls and emails, as well as keeping a track and recording client engagement activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Business Fluent English
- Relevant professional experience in a corporate environment
- Meticulously organised with superb attention to detail
- Proactive and flexible approach to work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- 2 years or more experience within a similar position
- Experience in Asset Wealth Management, Private Equity or Investment banking is highly desirable
