Team Assistant

Tay Associates have partnered with a reputable financial services client located in the City who are on the look out for a confident, motivating, German speaking Team Assistant.

You will provide complex diary management, arrange high volumes of international travel, process expenses, help to arrange large-scale client events for a high achieving team. 

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience working as a Executive Assistant within Financial Services
• Superb organisational and communication skills; detail-oriented, able to prioritise workload
• Resilient and able to deal with high pressure environment, and demanding individuals
• Business Fluent German - writing and speaking
• Degree level education or of graduate calibre
• Suitable candidate must be adaptable with high attention to detail
