A leading well-respected, City based financial services company is looking for an experienced Team Assistant to support multiple individuals across different teams. Therefore, they are looking for someone to remain flexible, adaptable and have the ability to pick up last-minute tasks. Your duties will involve extensive dairy management, travel arrangements, document management, processing expenses and the co-ordination of meetings.
They are incredibly busy at the moment so they need someone resilient and approachable with the ability to pick up last-minute requests and have a high attention to detail. Requests will come from individuals at all levels including Directors, Vice Presidents and Analysts. You will have a positive can-do attitude to help maintain working relationships.
