We’re seeking a Team Assistant to support a busy team, working closely with senior stakeholders and other assistants. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
Provide MD-level support and assist the wider team.
Manage diaries, calendars, and meetings across time zones.
Coordinate travel, visas, and expenses.
Update internal systems and support new hire onboarding.
Handle high-volume calls, emails, and ad hoc admin tasks.
3 years’ experience as a Team Assistant, ideally in financial services.
Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented.
