The Team Assistant will support multiple individuals at senior level in a busy role which includes extensive diary management, scheduling and coordinating a large volume of meetings including internal and external along with meetings via Webex and Teams, forging and maintaining strong relationships with key brokers, booking travel and arranging relevant logistics, handling expenses using Concur and responding to a high volume of emails. This is a busy role and therefore it is key that the incoming Team Assistant is comfortable working in a fast paced environment and have the ability to handle multiple tasks with a proactive and organised approach.
