Roadshow Coordinator

  London      £20 - £23 per hour

A large Investment Bank in Central London with beautiful offices has an exciting and involved Roadshow Coordinator position. You will be engrossed in a busy role where you can gain massive exposure and the chance to expand your skillset.

In return, they are looking for someone who is incredibly hardworking and keen to get stuck in. You will be dealing with constant meeting scheduling, liaising with investors, arranging travel for roadshows, attending events/conferences when necessary, arranging virtual roadshows, managing documents, handling queries and inbox management. They have a high volume of email traffic coming through, so it’s important that you are competent dealing with that, remaining alert with a high attention to detail.

They are looking for a hard working team player who enjoys working alongside others and has a positive flexible work ethic.

5 days in office, as well as 8-6pm hours.

Skills/Experienced Required;

  • Recent demonstrable experience supporting in a similar role, ideally within financial services but not essentially.
  • Event management experience could be highly beneficial.
  • Must have experience scheduling across time zones.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High degree of business acumen.
  • Stress resistant whilst under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet a number of deadlines.
  • Professionalism and awareness of corporate surroundings.
  • Intermediate Experience of MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
