A leading Global Investment Bank based in the City of London are currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their fast paced and proactive team. As the Recruitment Coordinator you will be supporting the Recruiters in coordinating day to day activities.

As the Recruitment Coordinator you will have strong organisational skills with the ability to work alone and with a team. They’re looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver under pressure. Main responsibilities:

• Organise a high volume of interviews across various countries; face to face, Skype interviews and telephone interviews
• Liaise with senior managers and staff throughout the business
• On boarding/Background check
• Vendor Management
• Audit reports
• Liaise with potential candidates and recruitment agencies for their availability, confirmation and support
• Collating various amounts of information and compiling to present to senior managers
• Data reporting
• Sending out interview confirmation
• General support throughout the recruitment process
