Recruitment Administrator

  City      £25000 - £28000 per annum

An established and growing Executive Search company is looking for a confident and switched on Recruitment Administrator, who will also get involved in Research for the company. This is the opportunity to join an exciting company with an award-winning CEO at the forefront of the business.

Your duties will be involved scheduling interviews and meetings, formatting documents, updating the database system, liaising with candidates and clients who can be high net worth individuals, taking calls, conducting research for the team and help them to hit their business objectives.

This is a company filled with very passionate, bright and hard working individuals, so it is important that this Recruitment Administrator remains switched on at all times. This is definitely a company where employees want each other to thrive and feel included within the business.

Skills/Experience desired;



* Recent, demonstrable experience with recruitment administration.
* Degree or equivalent is preferred but not essential.
* Sense of humour and a passionate work ethic is key.
* Good logistical skills
* Ambitious and keen to get stuck in.
* Fully proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* Accuracy/Attention to detail.
* Calm when under pressure and used to juggling multiple tasks.
