Receptionist/Office Administrator

  City      £18000 - £22000 per annum

We are on the hunt for a proactive, reliable and well-presented receptionist to join our friendly collective team in London city area. You will be working alongside the HR and administration team acting as a third administrator within the office and front of house receptionist. The successful candidate will be based on the reception desk, meeting and greeting clients, liaising with both clients and candidates, supporting the consultants and being the first point of contact for the office

The ideal candidate will have a good administrative background as well as prior experience as a receptionist. We are a fast-paced office with a lively team therefore, we require someone who is extremely organised and proactive provided the required and appropriate support when necessary.

The Role:

* Meeting and greeting clients and candidates
* Posting and advertising live roles
* Heavily administrative; scanning, filing, printing
* Screening telephone calls
* Maintenance of the reception desk and communal area
* Ordering office supplies and food orders

The Requirements:

* Fantastic attention to detail
* Ability to use initiative
* Excellent written and communicative English
* Previous experience as an administrator
* Reception experience
* Highly organised, efficient and reliable
* Well presented
