We are seeking a professional and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our financial services firm. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth front desk operations, provide exceptional client service, and support the administrative needs of our team in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
Greet clients, visitors, and staff with a professional and courteous demeanour
Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages where necessary
Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are well-presented and prepared
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain visitor logs and adhere to security protocols
Assist with document handling, filing, and data entry tasks
Support office management with supply inventory and administrative duties
Uphold a polished front office environment reflecting the firm’s standards
Provide support to financial advisors or client managers when needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask
Professional appearance and conduct
Experience with financial services or a corporate office setting preferred
