Receptionist

  London      £14 - £15 per hour

An investment firm based in the West End are seeking a flexible and adaptable Receptionist on a temporary basis. 

The successful Receptionist will be responsible for providing a welcoming and professional front of house experience to all visitors, guests, and employees in the office, management of all meeting rooms including booking the rooms and clearing up after the meetings as well assist in the preparation of meetings and other events as necessary, organising lunches / catering and coordinating events.

This role is suited to a Receptionist with exceptional customer facing skills who demonstrates impeccable communication skills and takes pride in managing multiple competing priorities. 

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Experience working as a Receptionist within financial services or similar
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Proactive and self-starter
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Experience with facilities would be a bonus
