An investment firm based in the West End are seeking a flexible and adaptable Receptionist, who from the front of house would also be comfortable managing facilities and PA support to Analysts, Directors where required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a welcoming and professional front of house experience to all visitors, guests, and employees in the office, Management of all meeting rooms including booking the rooms and clearing up after the meetings as well assist in the preparation of meetings and other events as necessary, as well as Facilities and PA support.
This role is suited to a Receptionist who demonstrates impeccable communication skills and takes pride in managing multiple competing priorities. Advantageous to the role would be someone who has come from a hotel or high end luxury background.
