A vibrant financial services company based in the West End are looking for a flexible and adaptable Receptionist/Facilities Manager
This role is suited to a Receptionist/ Facilities Manager who enjoys a busy role within a fantastic working environment. The suitable candidate will work alongside an excellent team of various support staff roles, together you will work together to ensure a complete smooth-running office.
As the Receptionist/ Facilities Manager you will be responsible for providing an excellent and professional front of house experience to all visitors, guests, and employees in the office, Management of all meeting rooms including booking the rooms and clearing up after the meetings, assist in the preparation of meetings and other events as necessary, as well as ensuring the maintenance of the facility.
