Receptionist

  City      £10 - £13 per hour

Based in the heart of the City, this well respected Asset Management organisation is looking to recruit an experienced and professional Corporate Receptionist to join their successful team.

You will be responsible for meeting and greeting of clients, managing a busy reception and directing telephone calls to the appropriate team, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, booking and preparing meeting rooms and assisting in ad-hoc administrative duties.

As first point of contact for often high profile clients, it is essential that you have excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong organisational skills and are immaculately presented at all times.

A can do attitude, flexibility and the ability to work as part of a team are essential as this is an extremely varied, fast paced role. Working within this high profile firm, who very much value their employees, this is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys the front of house reception position and is looking for the next step in their career.

Skills and experience required:



* Previous experience welcominh guests in person and on the telephone
* Handling incoming calls
* Arranging couriers
* Distributing post
* Maintaining office supplies
* Previous demonstrable reception experience within a corporate environment
* Confident, articulate communication skills

Starting ASAP in an ongoing Temporary capacity, you must be immediately available on an ongoing basis.
