Part-Time Receptionist and EA

  City      Up to £35000 per annum

A well known, established private equity firm in London Bridge are seeking a receptionist to join their company on a Thursday and Friday.The role allows for PA duties and the successful candidate will have occasional opportunities to support the Chairman and Financial Director.

The role:

* Management of meeting rooms and reception area
* Offer a warm welcome and greet guests and visitors
* Liaise with external vendors, delivery companies and the catering managers
* Extensive management of diaries
* Ensuring handover between receptionists and EA's is carried out efficiently and effectively.

The requirements:

* A degree (or equivalent) educated candidate
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Previous experience within the financial sector
