We are recruiting for an PA for Global Insurance Company based in the City supporting a Director and wider team within the business. You would be involved with arranging meetings and preparation of correspondence, reports, spreadsheets and briefing papers, extensive diary and travel management to include itineraries. General adhoc admin support to the team such as processing expenses, being a point of contact for the Director and team. PA experience gained within a Corporate/Blue Chip company supporting at senior management level, be proactive and used to anticipating issues and have excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to multi task.
Skills / Experience required:
Temporary role up to 3 months to start as soon as. £20.00 per hour plus holiday pay.
