PA/Office Manager

  London      £40000 per year

A finance company based in the West End are looking for an ambitious and bright PA/Office Manager to join their close-knit team. This PA/Office Manager opportunity would require a hardworking individual with a muck in attitude who enjoys working in a high volume and demanding role that can work on their own initiative as well as being a real team player. As the sole support in the office you will have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of tasks including diary and travel arrangements, responsible for the smooth running of security and maintenance, processing expenses, board room bookings, assisting with the on boarding for all new starters as well as providing all other general administration and errands.

This PA/Office Manager role would suit an individual who is incredibly switched on and articulate with excellent interpersonal communication skills. It’s important that you are confident juggling multiple tasks and liaising with individuals at all levels of seniority. You will take on a lot of responsibility and therefore need to remain resilient and approachable with a high attention to detail.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Recent experience within a similar role is beneficial
  • Excellent organisational and communicational skills
  • Articulate and confident
  • High degree of business acumen
  • Willingness to go above and beyond
  • Stress resistant whilst under pressure
  • MS Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
