A boutique firm with an entrepreneurial feel based in the West End is looking for a passionate, resilient and hard working EA/Office Manager. You will take on a lot of responsibility and therefore need to remain approachable with a high attention to detail and be a real self starter.

In terms of the EA role, you will support the Founder of the business with all core EA tasks as well as ad hoc requests. Duties will include extensive diary and travel management, liaising with HNWIs, processing expenses, document management and general admin support. The Office Management side of your role will involve ensuring the smooth running of the office, managing stock/supplies, dealing with health and safety and running general errands. As the EA/Office Manager it’s important that you enjoy being that go to person and have the confidence to take ownership of this role.

It’s important that you are confident juggling multiple tasks and liaising with individuals at all levels of seniority.

This is a close-nit office environment which hardworking and friendly individuals.

Skills/Experienced Required;

  • Experience providing EA/OM support is ideal
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • High degree of business acumen.
  • Stress resistant whilst under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet a number of deadlines.
  • Professionalism and awareness of corporate surroundings.
  • Intermediate Experience of MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
