Centre Manager/ Operations Manager City of London £40,000 - £45,000 Temp to Perm

Think premium elegant offices high-end hospitality — Tay Associates have partnered with an outstanding serviced office company who are on the look out for a Centre Manager to lead operations whilst delivering outstanding customer service. You will set the tone for a seamless client experience, whilst maintaining the high standards expected by their clients.

We’re on the hunt for a polished, proactive leader who can run daily operations, wow clients, and keep our vibrant team on top form!

*Please note this role is full time office based. 

Duties include:

• Build strong client relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding
• Identify operational improvements to ensure high standards
• Foster a culture of positivity and professionalism while driving team growth and individual progression
• Lead team meetings, task delegation and performance oversight
• Manage suppliers/ contractors and overseeing facilities and building management 
• Conduct sales viewings and maintain Centre-wide sales forecast awareness
• Administer client billing and invoicing processes
