Office Manager

A boutique finance company are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to play a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the London office. Acting as a trusted partner to the Managing Directors and senior management team, you will oversee day-to-day office operations, manage administrative staff, and provide high-level executive support to drive organisational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the administrative team, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
  • Oversee office attendance, coordinate temporary support, and maintain a high-performing administrative function.
  • Work with EAs to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage office operations, including facilities, risk assessments, procurement, and vendor relationships, in collaboration with IT.
  • Support HR processes including onboarding.
  • Provide comprehensive executive support to Managing Directors, including complex diary management and coordination with clients and stakeholders.
  • Arrange international travel itineraries, including visa applications, flights, accommodation, and transport, ensuring compliance with travel policies.
  • Organise company events, client engagements, and internal communications, including town halls and team activities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in office administration and executive support, ideally within Financial Services or a similar professional, corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and sound judgment in decision-making.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
