Office Manager

  London      £45000 - £55000 per year

A dynamic hedge fund in the heart of London is looking for an Office Manager. As the Office Manager you will report into the Global Business Operations and Administration Head.

You will be involved in daily operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. From coordinating travel arrangements to executing successful events, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards.

You will ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently, taking charge of office facilities, liaise with vendors, and ensure a clean and well-maintained working environment.

You will be proactive with excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a background in office management or related roles.

 

Skills required:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
