An impressive Financial Services company based in the City are looking for an ambitious and flexible Office Manager to be a part of their growing team on a Permanent basis. As a trusted employee, you will have the opportunity to make important decisions regarding the day to day running of this vibrant office and being a first point of contact for anyone within the business. Duties will include ensuring all health & safety regulations are in place, first point of contact regarding IT issues, providing facilities assistance as well as being first point of contact regarding any technical and maintenance issues.
This role would suit an Office Manager who is confident with a muck in attitude to join this friendly and professional team. This is an incredibly busy role therefore it is important that the successful individual is extremely ambitious and motivated and works well under pressure.
