French Speaking Office Manager

If you're an experienced office manager with European language skills preferably French this could be the role for you. Established, boutique, executive search firm are seeking a bilingual Office Manager to join their beautiful West London office.

Your role will be pivotal to the continual success of business, making this a wonderful career opportunity with plenty of variation and responsibility for an experienced Office Manager with perfect fluency in French. Whilst ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office; you will also provide 1:1 PA support to the Founding Partner on business and personal matters whilst supporting the team who are incredibly hard-working, focussed and results driven in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The role enquires someone with great tenacity, flexibility coupled with impeccable comminution and organisational skills. Experience of supporting C-level individuals. In return you will become a valued member of their internal team which offers lovely staff perks like weekly yoga and French pastries!

Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing busy diaries, inboxes and scheduling appointments for the team and the Director
* Responsible for all office administration and facilities management, meeting and greeting all guests and visitors
* Dealing with financial management, preparing payroll, dealing with invoices and managing accounting reports
* Addressing all incoming enquiries in French and English
* Setting up conference calls and general correspondence
* Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
* Providing extensive administrative and research support to the wider team
* Assisting with event management


* Prefect fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
* Previous experience as a Team Assistant, PA, Personal Assistant / Office Manager from a similar multinational / professional services background
* Experience of supporting Senior Directors / C-level Executives
* Display a strong work ethos and be a keen team player
* Impeccable organisational, time management with a pragmatic approach
* Flexible, adaptable with great attention to detail
* The ability to establish strong relationships with colleagues and clients
