A global executive search firm is seeking an experienced office manager to join their outstanding team. An additional language (French is preferred) would be ideal for this role along side good written and spoken English. You will be charge of day to day organisation of the London Office and your responsibilities will include:



* Ordering supplies, mail and maintenance of the premises
* Booking meetings, completing expenses and client invoicing
* Inbox management
* Responsible for IT, relationships with IT supplier/hotline for network issues
* Preparation of reports using Quickbooks and maintaining relationships with suppliers, accountants, lawyers and insurance.

You will have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree, with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office as well as Quickbooks with some diary management experience.
