Primary Responsibilities:
Office Support:
- Keep the reception area, kitchen, and the entire office space under the watchful eye of our dedicated Office Administrator, ensuring a consistently tidy and inviting atmosphere.
- Extend a warm welcome to visitors, provide refreshments, and maintain a welcoming ambiance throughout, courtesy of our diligent Office Administrator.
- Skilfully manage Office Administrator supplies, covering everything from stationary to kitchen essentials.
- Facilitate seamless operations by booking and coordinating Office Administrator meeting rooms.
- Take charge of calendar management, ensuring smooth scheduling of Office Administrator meetings and organizing lunches as needed.
- Handle diverse administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, scanning, presentation binding, and maintaining updated Office Administrator contact databases.
- Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and Office Administrator couriers.
- Trust our Office Administrator to make extensive international and domestic travel bookings.
