East London based construction company is looking for an Office Assistant who is fluent in both Mandarin and English (Written and spoken). The ideal candidate will be professional, approachable and eager to get stuck in. Based their beautiful offices, you will assist a small team with all administrative support, your duties will include managing correspondence to external parties, generating reports, payroll, maintaining HR records, arranging travel, managing budgets, updating the company database, taking calls and providing general administrative support.
This role is suited to someone who is adaptable and able to work closely with everyone in the company, including the CFO and senior level members of staff.
