A leading and well-respected, City based media company is looking for a switched on and enthusiastic Newsroom Manager to provide support provide professional administrative and organisational support to the news departments.
As the Newsroom manager, you will be involved in extensive diary and travel management, dealing with correspondence, processing expenses, greeting guests, liaising with HNWIs, and document management, running errands and ad hoc administrative work.
The successful candidate will be an experienced office administrator with superb attention to detail, the ability to work autonomously and the skill to juggle conflicting priorities with ease. It’s important that you are happy to muck in with any tasks necessary and remain having a positive work ethic throughout.
As you will be required to support others when required and work alongside other support staff, it is important you are a team player with a flexible work ethic.
