HR Assistant

A leading international executive search firm sourcing outstanding leaders for ‘purpose-driven’ sectors is seeking an ambitious and passionate HR Assistant.

In this newly developed role, the HR Assistant will work within the Central Operations Team.  The HR Assistant's responsibilities include; preparing employment related documents, supporting the new starter onboarding process, managing employee relations cases, conducting exit interviews and processing leavers, assisting with various HR projects as they arise.  The HR Assistant role suits an outgoing and personable individual who relishes the opportunity to work across multiple areas of HR and to work closely with, and support, the Global Operations Partner to deliver effective operational HR support across the business.

Skills/Experience required:

  • Previous HR experience in a generalist role within professional services
  • Knowledge and understanding of employment legislation, process and procedures relating to staffing, employee relations and payroll
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels across the firm
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
