In this newly developed role, the HR Assistant will work within the Central Operations Team. The HR Assistant's responsibilities include; preparing employment related documents, supporting the new starter onboarding process, managing employee relations cases, conducting exit interviews and processing leavers, assisting with various HR projects as they arise. The HR Assistant role suits an outgoing and personable individual who relishes the opportunity to work across multiple areas of HR and to work closely with, and support, the Global Operations Partner to deliver effective operational HR support across the business.
