A City based accountancy firm is looking for a bright and resilient HR Assistant who has previous experience working within a HR administrative position which has required them to liaise with clients regarding any queries they may have. This confident HR Assistant will have the opportunity to join a fast pace and external facing team, providing HR advice to their clients whilst providing administrative support. You will be required to ensure the database is updated, prepare letters, draft documents and reports, target key clients and market your services to these clients.
You will also have the opportunity to assist with Business Development, as well as Learning & Development. You will assist with marketing the HR Consultancy team and often present to internal teams within the business, as well as help to coordinate training courses.
This is an incredibly varied and involved HR position, that will require an astute individual who has the ability to juggle multiple tasks and remain professional at all times. It is important that you understand HR terminology and liaise with different clients, as well as internal staff.
