A market leading financial services firm is seeking a Guest Services Manager to join their Support team on a permanent basis. The Guest Services Manager is a dynamic standalone role that suits a proactive, meticulously organised, and extremely professional individual.
Based in the West End, the Guest Services Manager will operate the Switchboard, manage the internal meeting rooms, organise lunches, couriers and taxis, meet and greet clients always ensuring the delivery of world-class customer care, setting up A/V equipment, ordering business cards, and processing expenses.
The Guest Services Manager is responsible for building maintenance and will work with the Support team to ensure the smooth running of the office. The Guest Services Manager will programme door passes, ensure office safety, coordinate maintenance staff, and liaise with third party suppliers to resolve issues in a timely manner.
