French speaking Team Assistant

A leading investment financial services company based in the City of London are currently looking for a French speaking Team Assistant to join their team on an on-going basis.

You must have the ability to demonstrate dependability, sense of urgency and high attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task.,

• Managing a busy diaries 
• Travel arrangements and itineraries
• General administration support to the team
• Assisting senior managers visiting from other office locations
• Processing expenses and invoices
• Updating the internal systems
• Arranging team events when required
• Preparing for and managing the new joiners process
• Additional assignments and project work
• Fluent in French is essential for this role
