Facilities Coordinator

  London      £35000 - £43000 per year

An impressive and well-respected Investment company based in beautiful offices in the West End are looking for an approachable and friendly Facilities Coordinator to provide meticulous support. This Facilities Coordinator opportunity will give you the chance to get involved in all areas of this office and interact with individuals at all levels. This role would require someone who enjoys working in a high volume and demanding role who can work on there own initiative as well as being a real team player. Your primary responsibilities will include dealing with day to day facilities issues including office appliances, desks and machinery, aircon queries etc. You will also get involved with overseeing building maintenance, managing catering, monitoring stock levels, stakeholder liaison, health and safety, and more.

This Facilities Coordinator role is a real varied position and is perfect for someone who is very switched on and articulate with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. This is a full time office based role with the hours being 8-6.
