The Executive Assistant role combines traditional EA responsibilities — such as strategic diary management, international travel arrangements, and expense reporting — with the opportunity to plan and deliver high-profile external client events. You will utilise a CRM system to manage event pipelines, distribute invitations, track RSVPs, and produce reports.
Based in stunning Central London offices, the position requires a resourceful and diligent Executive Assistant who can demonstrate proven experience successfully balancing high-level executive support with end-to-end events management. The Executive Assistant will work collaboratively with a close-knit team of Executive Assistants who pride themselves on their positive, professional team culture.
