A Professional Services organisation is seeking an experienced and steadfast Executive Assistant to support a member of their C-suite in addition to a small number of Directors. The Executive Assistant role is extremely traditional with approximately 90% of the role being strategic, complex, and proactive diary management, anticipating needs and resolving conflicts ahead of live time. The Executive Assistant will be a master gatekeeper and used to being heavily relied upon. The Executive Assistant role has interface with the CEO and investors therefore coming from a client-facing EA background is required. The Executive Assistant position consists of light office management tasks and occasionally you will be asked to help out on the ground with events.
Based in beautiful Soho offices, the Executive Assistant role requires a highly competent, confident, and assertive professional who can manage high volumes of scheduling requests at pace, whilst not making errors. The Executive Assistant must enjoy a collaborative, team-focussed environment and demonstrate their ability to work under pressure with constantly changing deadlines.
