Looking for an Assistant

Looking after multiple people – up to 5 people but 1 main person.

Someone with good assistant – complex ever changing diary

Spend most of the day proactively owning and managing diaries.

Managing phones, stakeholder engagement, expenses,

5-6 assistants for this team – be part of this team, cover for each other.

Background exp – hit the ground running, need EA experience, need to be adaptable,

3 years’ experience minimum

Need to be aware of the time zones.

Very little international travel – 6 times a year max.

Between 1 and 5 people. (2 demanding people and 3 light tough)

9AM – 6PM Core hours

Temp up to 18months at least

£26 per hour inclusive of holiday.

Must have HR experience or supported someone in HR.
