Executive Assistant

  London      £45000 - £65000 per year

A world-leading Reinsurance firm is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide proactive administrative support to four Senior Executives.  The Senior Executive Assistant will also provide ad-hoc administrative support to wider team members based in London.

Based in a stunning City location, the Senior Executive Assistant role is broad and varied; acting as the gatekeeper to the Senior Executives, extensive diary and inbox management, arranging complex business and personal travel needs, processing expenses, and event management.  

The Senior Executive Assistant needs to be a strong self starter who is collaborative, proactive and dynamic in their working style.  Teamwork with the other EAs is key to achieving success in this role and you will provide absence covers for London based EAs and PAs as required.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Previous experience working in comparable positions, ideally within the Insurance industry. Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting at Senior Level
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills
  • Previous experience organising events
  • Proactive and strategic thinker who is always considering the 'bigger picture' 
  • Ability to handle and prioritise tasks for multiple stakeholders based on business criticality and time-sensitivity
