A dynamic and forward-thinking Private Equity company based in the City are looking for a switched on and credible EA to provide meticulous support to the HR Director and Team. This EA role would suit an ambitious and motivated individual with strong people skills who will be able to juggle multiple priorities. This role will include traditional EA duties such as extensive diary and travel scheduling, coordinating bi-monthly board and ops committee packs, organising arrangements for meetings internally and externally, processing expenses, document management and providing other business support administration. In addition to providing core EA support, you will also assist with all HR projects/administration and will manage / be the go to person for their HR CRM.
It is important that the successful EA has already supported at senior level within a HR function and enjoys working in a high-volume environment amongst a hardworking team. This role requires you to have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage a very busy workload.
