Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, professional welcome to clients, visitors, and guests.
  • Manage front-of-house operations, including calls, bookings, and enquiries.
  • Anticipate client needs and provide proactive support to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Assist with meeting room coordination, events, and workspace logistics.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, helping daily operations run efficiently.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care.

 

About You

  • Previous experience in reception, front-of-house, hospitality, or client services.
  • A natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to anticipate client and team needs.
  • Positive, professional, and confident in a busy, client-focused environment.
