Temporary position, with possible permanent conversion.
A small City based consultancy firm is looking for a bright and hard-working individual to support within their business support team. Your role will be varied and busy, time will fly by as you’ll be getting involved with so many tasks. This will be a heavily administrative role so it will require a high attention to detail, confident and excellent spelling/grammar. Duties will include resourcing administration, generating reports on excel, processing expenses, managing timesheet processes, data transferring, meeting scheduling, monitoring company inboxes, assisting with events, gift buying/running errands, liaising with new starters and general administrative support.
This role will be busy, so it’s important that you are able to juggle multiple tasks and remain confident yet professional at the same time. You will be engrossed in a collaborative team environment where you can get stuck in and are free to be yourself.
This role will suit someone bright, friendly and conscientious, with the ability to work with confidence and accuracy.
