A large established financial services company, in a great City based location, is looking for a bright and credible Administrative Assistant to provide meticulous support to teams across EMEA. Therefore, having recent demonstrable experience supporting a large team will be crucial, especially as you will be juggling multiple tasks.
Your role will involve a heavy amount of meeting scheduling, preparing notes and materials, creating presentations, proof reading and editing documents, booking travel when required, arranging virtual conferences, managing expenses and invoices in a timely manner, managing files and records, preparing reports and letters, ordering suppliers and providing all other necessary administrative support.
It is important that this individuals has excellent written and spoken English, as well as a high attention detail. This company is full of friendly and hard working individuals who enjoy being part of a team.
