A leading global investment bank is seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to support the operations and risk team.
This is a fast-paced role suited to an experienced Assistant with a proven background in financial services. You’ll work closely with a team of senior assistants to provide seamless diary management, coordinate multi-time zone meetings, arrange international travel, and support key operational processes for the team.
This role is 5 days in office
Experience/Skills Required:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial services, including at least 2 years as a PA or Administrative Assistant (ideally in banking).
Proven experience supporting at MD level and wider teams simultaneously.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Professional, proactive, and positive approach with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across large teams.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to coordinate across multiple time zones (Americas, EMEA, and Asia).
Core Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm
