"I am writing this letter to give you feedback on one of your consultants after having dealt with her during the past several months. During the hard time of searching for a new position this consultant was incredibly helpful and motivating during this difficult period. After I was made redundant I was very unmotivated due to the job market being increasingly tough. I spent a lot of time registering with many recruitment agencies. I found that many agencies were happy to register me but they would have very little interest in actually helping me.
I found at your recruitment agency everyone was always helpful whenever I called. My consultant called on a regular basis to check on me, cheer and build me up and was always nice and friendly. When I called and she wasn't at her desk, she always returned my call the same day. The other agencies I was registered with did not reach the same standard as Tay Recruitment.
Communication was excellent. She even contacted me before going on annual leave to pass on another consultants contact details in her absence. I though that very professional and helpful. Ideally I would have loved for Tay to have found me a new position but after weeks of searching another agency found my current position which is a Marketing Assistant / EA in Boutique Finance.
I would most certainly recommend Tay to any future candidates and companies in the future.
