We are recruiting for an Team Assistant for Global Insurance Company based in the City supporting two senior executive within the business with adhoc support to wider team.
You would be involved with preparation of agendas for meetings, attending meetings to take minutes/follow up action points, extensive diary and complex travel itineraries and general administration support such as processing expenses and invoices . The role will require previous team assistant experience gained within a Corporate/Blue Chip company, be proactive and used to anticipating issues and have excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to multi task.
Temporary role to start asap with a view to permanent £18.00 per hour plus holiday pay.
