A small training company, based in Central London, is looking for astute and switched on Sales Support Coordinator to come on board.
The company is filled with individual with high expectations who all work collaboratively together. This company would suit someone who is entrepreneurial, professional and motivated to take on more. Your duties will include managing the accounts of certain clients, managing the CRM system, liaising with trainers and clients, processing bookings, assisting with marketing training courses and more. It is your responsibility to manage client processes/bookings from start to finish, including post sale feedback and aftercare,
This role would be suited to a very career minded individual who will be passionate, committed and level headed. It is very rare, but as some courses will be in different time zones, you may be required to take requests out of working hours.
This is a social team who get on well with each other, and are all very honest and fair. They will provide the necessary training and support for new joiners.
