A reputable city based insurance company is looking for an experienced and confident individual to specialise in Compensation and Benefits. It is imperative that you have had this experience recently and you are therefore able to pick things up quickly and hit the ground running.
In this role you will be working on the International relocation of staff, managing multiple projects across different locations, working on the annual salary and bonus worldwide, liaising with the rest of HR on different matters, create benchmarking surveys, processing invoices and answering any queries related to your specific business area.
It is important that you have the ability to be discrete and handle confidential information at all times. This role is a pivotal part of the business where you will gain a lot of exposure, and have the opportunity to become involved in decision making.
