Reward Analyst

  City      £40000 - £50000 per annum + Additional benefits

Our well-established and world-renowned client is looking for an experienced Reward Analyst to join them on a 12 month contract, within the City of London offices.

You must have HR experience in Compensation and Benefits, and be a reward professional with a strong compensation background from the world if insurance.

Previous experience of managing share plans and global pay review is essential; along with International relocation management experience.

Responsibilites and duties include:



* Lead the global annual salary and bonus review.
* Utilise Workday HR system.
* Produce benchmark surveys.
* Deal with employee reward queries.
* Analyse and produce data for various committees.
* Produce monthly data files for third parties.
* Process invoices.
